System Design and Development: Oversaw the product lifecycle from concept to market, coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and marketing. Used market analysis and customer feedback to guide product strategy and decision-making, and established key partnerships while reaching out to venture capital funds to secure investment and support for business growth

Researcher and Project Manager for the “The Status of Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language Worldwide” project, funded by the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language and implemented by the King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies at King Saud University 

 Responsibilities

1. 1. 1. Assigned this academic task due to my expertise in language policy and management, I developed and customized 82-page research tools based on criteria from the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, which were peer-reviewed, accepted, and used for comprehensive data collection on Arabic language education in around 30 countries worldwide
      2. Utilized Notion (Project Management Application)  to manage my tasks, those of my four assistants, and over 50 data collectors, enhancing project organization, communication, and data management, which significantly improved overall project efficiency and effectiveness
      3. Created detailed reports outlining the rationale for selecting specific countries and the key indicators considered
      4. Established clear and effective standards for data collection to maintain consistency and reliability across all countries
      5. Assessed and refined the criteria for selecting qualified researchers to participate in the project
      6. Designed a comprehensive training package and conducted training sessions to equip researchers and data collectors with necessary skills and knowledge
      7. Developed an online course on Thinkfic for new data collectors, ensuring they are well-prepared and

      9. Identified and recruited data collectors to assist with the extensive data gathering process

Created an AI-powered Teaching Assistant (Ai-TA) system that automates essay grading, offering personalized feedback and generating PDF reports for students, streamlining the assessment process and enhancing learning outcomes (2022).
